I'm Ameena — the person you call when your backend has become a second job you never signed up for. I started thatalterva in April 2025, and for the first while I did a bit of everything: admin, content, design, backend. What I learned fast is that design and "creative vision" work is a losing game — it's judged on taste, and taste is never mine to guess correctly. Systems, on the other hand, either work or they don't. That's the game I actually win.
So I cut the creative work entirely and went all in on what I'm actually great at: architecture, structure, and execution. I build the Notion backends, the SOPs, the launch tech — the unglamorous infrastructure that decides whether a business runs smoothly or runs on adrenaline.
I'm also finishing an Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree alongside this, which — turns out — isn't as unrelated as it sounds. Systems thinking is systems thinking, whether it's a circuit or a client's tech stack. I bring the same precision to both.
